Welcome to Seville Primary School

We pride ourselves on building strong connections with the whole school community, which has shown in our results as one of the leading schools in School Climate – positive endorsement by students, parents and staff.

We strive to cater for every child’s individual needs through the use of individual learning goals and strong student voice in all aspects of our school. Together with our large range of optional Lunch Clubs each day – which include riding, robotics, gardening and craft clubs – our students are provided with a personalised, authentic curriculum that grows a love for learning and care for our community.

From the Principal

Seville Primary School is a truly unique and beautiful school. Situated at the top of the hill at the centre of the Seville Township, we have amazing views of the surrounding valley farmlands and ranges.

Our school grounds feel like a paddock too, with a large 5 acres of space for the students to enjoy.

Together with numerous playgrounds, basketball courts, oval and shaded grass areas, we build a love of the outdoors and encourage an active lifestyle, which is reflective in our school’s many sporting achievements.

Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge the Ancestors, Elders and families of the Kulin who are the Traditional Owners and Custodians of our land. As we share our own knowledge practices within the school may we pay respect to the deep knowledge embedded within the Aboriginal community and their ownership of Country.

We acknowledge that the land on which we meet is a place of age-old ceremonies of celebration, initiation and renewal and that the Kulin people’s living culture has a unique role in the life of this region. We are committed to building better relationships and fostering greater understanding between the wider Australian community and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
